We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outbound Product Manager to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, managing product
launches, and ensuring the successful adoption of our products in the market. You will work
closely with the marketing, sales, and engineering teams to align product offerings with market
needs and company goals.
Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans,
including positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch strategies. - Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market
trends, customer needs, targeted partners and OEMs, and competitive positioning. - Customer Engagement: Work closely with sales and customer success teams to
understand customer requirements, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver training materials, product documentation, and
sales tools to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value. - Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to create compelling
marketing campaigns, product collateral, and content that drive awareness and
demand. - Product Launches: Lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products and
features, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution. - Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, market
trends, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and continuous
improvement. - Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and
webinars to promote our solutions and share industry insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful
product launches and market adoption. - Strong understanding of the biometrics industry and its applications.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with
clients and partners. - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
