Over the past year, something meaningful has shifted in how our platform is used, and in what our customers expect from it. Corsight has long been trusted in law enforcement and high-security environments, where reliability, field accuracy, and accountability are non-negotiable. That foundation remains core to who we are. Alongside it, we’re seeing growing demand in two parallel directions: large-scale deployments across venues and retail environments, and more advanced investigative and intelligence workflows. This demand is coming from different industries and operating models, highlighting the flexibility of the core engine beneath the platform, and its ability to adapt as customer needs, scale, and environments continue to evolve.
Large retail chains and venue operators are organizations with dozens, sometimes hundreds of locations spread across an entire country. Every site has its own cameras, its own operational realities, and its own local teams. Yet, at the end of the day, everything connects back to a central control center. Intelligence needs to flow across locations, insights need to be shared, and decisions need to be made with a full-picture view, not in isolation.
As this footprint grows, so do the challenges.
Working across many branches means operating remotely, at scale, and under constant pressure. It demands a single, consistent platform that brings together live detection, historical context, and operational insight across the entire organization. What happens in one store, one venue, or one incident must immediately influence decisions elsewhere. Growth in retail isn’t just about adding cameras, it’s about creating a connected, reliable intelligence layer that functions as one system, not dozens of disconnected sites.
Growth at this scale doesn’t move in a single direction.
Alongside the expansion into large, distributed retail and venue environments, we’re seeing equally strong momentum in how customers use the platform for investigation, intelligence continuity, and post-event analysis. While these paths may look different on the surface, in practice they reinforce one another.
Our Investigate capabilities have continued to evolve rapidly. What began as a powerful investigative tool has become a deeply operational component of the platform, more qualified, more functional, and more reliable than ever. Investigate today supports complex workflows, fast retrospective analysis, and confident decision-making under time pressure. It is used by law enforcement and security teams who need answers quickly, and who rely on the system to deliver consistent, defensible results in real-world conditions.
These are two very different worlds, retail scale and investigative depth, but they share the same requirement: a platform that operates reliably across distance, complexity, and time, and connects live detection with verified historical context as part of a single, continuous intelligence workflow.

I’m incredibly proud of every team at Corsight, and of how they show up every day to build technology that others depend on.
It starts with our research and data teams, made up of experienced professors and PhD-level experts who specialize in computer vision, machine learning, and real-world AI deployment. They are responsible for continuously improving our algorithms, validating performance in real-time scenarios, and making sure our technology holds up under the exact conditions our customers face in the field. Their work is what turns theoretical capability into real-world reliability, and it’s foundational to the trust our customers place in us.
Our Core and DevOps teams are the engine that makes growth possible. They build the infrastructure that allows us to scale efficiently, operate as a strong standalone platform, and integrate seamlessly as part of broader ecosystems. Whether Corsight is deployed on its own or embedded within partner solutions across industries, this team ensures we deliver sustainable, resilient foundations that support long-term partnerships and faster scale.
Then there are our Experience and QA teams. They make sure the product doesn’t just work, it fits. They ensure the interface, workflows, and responsiveness align with how our customers actually operate, under real pressure, in real environments. Their commitment to quality and usability is what allows our technology to be adopted, trusted, and relied upon at the highest standards.
Finally, our product team. This group is responsible for shaping the vision; listening closely to customers across industries, translating diverse operational needs into clear direction, and working hand-in-hand with development to deliver solutions that reach the end user, right at the edge. It’s constant work, full of trade-offs and challenges, but it’s what keeps the platform grounded in reality and focused on real impact.
What truly makes this possible is how closely our teams work together. That level of cross-team synergy is what allows us to deliver reliably at scale, respond quickly to real-world needs, and build a platform our customers can depend on with confidence.
Looking Ahead
As we close out 2025, we marked an important moment for Corsight with the release of Platform Version 1.0.0. After years of operating in real-world environments and learning from customers at scale, this release represents a meaningful milestone in how the platform supports day-to-day security and investigative operations.
This release reflects what we’ve learned from operating at scale, including how intelligence is connected across locations, how investigative workflows are strengthened, and how the platform becomes more efficient, more connected, and more actionable without increasing operational burden.
As we move forward, our focus remains on our customers and the environments they operate in. We continue to evolve the platform based on real-world use, ensuring it performs reliably at scale, adapts to changing operational needs, and supports teams wherever decisions are made, without increasing complexity or operational burden.
Corsight’s platform continues to grow and evolve every day. This release marks an important step, but it’s only the beginning. As adoption accelerates and demand continues to grow, there’s much more ahead. The best is yet to come.
