We are seeking a Technical Pre-Sales manager to join our team in Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Assisting regional business heads in developing sales opportunities both directly and via our network of channel partners, shaping their requirements into the final solution.
- Responsible for the technical aspects of RFI, RFP, and Tender responses.
- Assisting in producing sales material, case studies and white papers.
- Undertake customer and partner demonstrations of our solutions both in person and remotely.
- Establish close working relationships with our customers and partners to help shape deals where possible whilst feeding back requirements to the operations team and where necessary assisting with the requirements to development and product teams.
- Work with partners and customers to establish and carry out POC’s, establishing clear requirements, success criteria and producing post-POC reports to ensure a successful transition to purchase and production.
- Become an industry expert, researching trends and market requirements as well as understanding our competitors, their capabilities and helping establish our win strategies.
- Attend tradeshows either directly on behalf of Corsight or with our partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- +2 Years of experience in a similar presales or systems engineering role.
- In-depth understanding of IT projects and advanced technical systems
- Good understanding of the following technologies including troubleshooting techniques: Ubuntu, Docker, Bash Scripting, Restful API/Swagger and cloud services.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a requirement (verbal and written).
- Experience of facial recognition, biometrics, video analytics, cctv and video management systems-advantage.
- The ability to gain SC (or regional equivalent) security clearance.
