CCTV cameras (“Cameras“) are installed at the premises of Corsight AI Ltd. and its affiliates (“Corsight,” “we,” “us“). This policy is intended to inform visitors to Corsight’s premises (“Visitors,” “you“) about our use of the Cameras, the purposes for their installation, the security measures taken by Corsight and other related matters.

1. Purposes
   • Ensuring Security and Safety on Corsight’s Premises: The installation of Cameras and the retention of recorded footage (“Footage”) serve the following purposes:

• Investigating and preventing incidents related to safety and security.
• Preventing acts of violence.
• Protecting property and preventing theft or losses.
• Ensuring the safety of Corsight’s employees and Visitors.
• Providing evidence for potential future proceedings involving Corsight related to incidents such as violence, theft, safety violations, and similar occurrences.
  • Product Development and Demonstration: As Corsight develops services and products based on facial recognition technology, we may use the cameras and the Footage taken by them, that may include Biometric Data, for product demonstrations, research, tests, and pilots. “Biometric Data” refers to data generated from specific technical processing related to an individual’s physical, physiological, or behavioral characteristics, enabling or confirming the unique identification of that person.

2. Security measures
   • Corsight is committed to ensure the security of the Footage. Accordingly, we have put in place physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access to the Footage.

3. Visitors’ rights
   • While you are not legally obligated to provide us with your footage, your entry into the recorded area and to Corsight premises is considered consent to the processing of your Footage. If you do not agree to this, please refrain from entering Corsight’s premises and ask one of Corsight reps to meet you elsewhere.
   • Per your request, you are entitled according to the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law 5741 – 1981, to request to inspect or when required to rectify, any personal information kept about you in Corsight’s database, which includes your Footage.
